The Leadership Simi Valley Class of 2025 is an ongoing program created and facilitated by the Simi Valley Chamber of Commerce. Our class is part of a rich tradition of cultivating local leaders, and we are proud to represent the future of leadership within our vibrant and growing community.

Our group is made up of individuals from diverse professional and personal backgrounds, all united by a shared passion for making a positive impact in Simi Valley. Over the course of this ten-month journey, we participate in monthly sessions designed to deepen our understanding of the community and to equip us with the tools necessary to lead effectively and collaboratively.

Our program is more than just leadership development—it’s about building lasting relationships and strengthening the bonds within Simi Valley. Whether volunteering for community projects, working together to overcome challenges, or simply sharing moments of joy and connection, the Class of 2025 is committed to leaving a legacy of collaboration and service.
